For patients traveling to our office from outside the State of Florida, the physician consultation fee is often waived. Please contact our office for additional details.
For concierge appointments at your home, office, or hotel, a convenience fee may apply depending on your location and travel requirements. Our team will gladly discuss available options and any applicable fees when scheduling your appointment.
Already Have Recent Laboratory Results?
Absolutely.
Many of our patients ask if they can use laboratory testing completed by their primary care physician or another healthcare provider.
The answer is yes.
We are happy to review outside laboratory results provided they:

If certain biomarkers are missing, we will simply recommend completing only the additional testing needed to complete your evaluation.

At this time, Balance Health Centers does not provide laboratory requisitions for insurance-based blood work.
However, we are happy to provide you with a copy of our required laboratory panel.
If you choose to have those exact laboratory tests ordered through your primary care physician or another in-network healthcare provider, we are happy to review those results as long as they:
