Dr. William C. Marrocco has been an integral part of Balance Health Centers since 2018, initially joining the practice as a clinical educator before becoming Medical Director in 2021.
Dr. Marrocco brings a diverse medical background spanning general surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, age-management medicine, metabolic health, nutrition, and physical fitness. This multidisciplinary experience gives him a unique perspective on the relationship between hormonal balance, body composition, metabolic health, physical performance, and long-term wellness.
Long before wellness and longevity medicine became mainstream, Dr. Marrocco was studying and teaching the principles of nutrition, metabolism, exercise, and healthy aging. His professional experience includes serving as an Age Management Institute Physician as well as presenting educational programs on metabolism, weight management, and low-glycemic nutrition.
Fitness has also been a lifelong part of Dr. Marrocco’s personal and professional life. With decades of experience in weight training and physical conditioning, including work as a personal trainer and fitness consultant, he brings a practical understanding to patient care that extends beyond the examination room. He believes strongly in practicing the same principles of health, fitness, and longevity that he encourages in his patients.
At Balance Health Centers, Dr. Marrocco takes an individualized, evidence-informed approach to men’s and women’s health, with an emphasis on hormone optimization, metabolic health, body composition, performance, and healthy aging. His goal is not simply to address laboratory values, but to understand each individual as a whole and develop thoughtful strategies that support better health, sustained vitality, and quality of life.
My mission is to help men take control of their health, optimize their hormones, and live with confidence, energy, and purpose.
